AeroNet 500 Mbps Plan: This service plan is available in San Juan, Guaynabo, Bayamón, Carolina, Trujillo Alto, Cataño, Toa Baja, Toa Alta, Caguas, Dorado, Fajardo, Gurabo, Ponce, Juncos, Humacao, Mayagüez, Arecibo, and Cayey. Installation fee is $99.00 with a 24-month contract or $49.00 with a 36-month contract. All customers have a 30-day satisfaction guarantee period. If service is cancelled within this period, an early cancellation fee of $75.00 will apply. Prices and service offerings apply exclusively to residential customers; they do not apply to commercial or Wholesale accounts. This plan price will be effective as of March 24, 2026.
